Window Bolts
Can anyone help me find a window nut for my 2002 F150 extra cab wing window?
I called Ford and they want $25 for a kit. They are unsure as to what comes in the kit. The Ford guy said that the nut is used from 1997 forward. I don't know exactly what to call it.
One of the outside flush mounted nuts that holds the rear wing window fell off. Now I have a hole. I have the bolt and the black plastic washer because it fell off inside the truck, but my wing window is only held on by the latch and the last remaining bolt. Any help out there?

Salvage yard
Good idea. I went to two junk yards, no nuts. Tried two auto body shops and one windshield shop. I searched the auto salvage business via the Internet, nobody stepped up. Probably too small of a sale to worry about. No luck. I finally bought the kit at Ford. Now I have an extra one. Thanks for the idea.
