NewProccess435 question...
I drained the trany and was ready to put gear oil back in, but just to make sure I'm putting in the right stuff I checked the shop manual but I can't find where it says what to put in. So I went to Autozone and the guy at the counter looked it up in the computer and it says that it takes 50w motor oil. Where in the shop does it say what to put in?

Hi Jim, I looked at the section of the shop manual for maintenance and lubrication but it only tells me how much to put in. I will take another look tonight maybe I missed it.
