Need rotor help
I have an early 99 with a build date of 2/98. I need new front rotors and pads it's a 2wd twin i-beam setup also it's a dually. From everything I've heard and been searching who sells rotors that will work. Parts stores I've called haven't asked me if it's an early or late 99 so I really don't want to go out and buy them untill I know for sure. I've gotten prices from $103 to $191 a piece for these rotors from part stores

With all the changes our trucks went through in 99, I think I would go to the dealership and have them run the VIN number on your truck and get the part numbers you need, then order parts from where ever you want using the cross referance numbers.

I just bought new rotors for my early 99 4x4 at a local auto parts store. Just make sure that when you are looking up the part that you get the ones that say "up to 3-99". They are a different size than the later model 99. I paid 98.00 a piece for them for the fronts.
