i've got one...black cover on black truck looks pretty smooth. NOT water tight, tho. after a rain/wash or heavy dew, open the cover and the water flows right down the front of the inside of the bed. all in all, i'd say i'm 99% happy with it. very durable.

sorry it took me so long to get back, cellunkyla. i see no indication that it will fade or crack. plus i'm 99% sure it has a lifetime warranty, so you should be covered in the event it does. mine has held up quite well for 9 months now, being used as everything from a picnic table, to a step stool, to a benck to work on a wheeler. quite tough.
