2004 f150 fx4 tires

Does anybody know what is the biggest tire I can put on my factory wheel that is an 18". What would the biggest tire be if i put a 2" level lift in the front.

Tire Size on Stock Rims

I have a 2004 fx4 it came with 7.5 inch wide rims,u need to know what size yours are, It's on the drivers side door
