Find a donor truck with power steering, 67-79. I am not sure but I think it will have to be an F100 maybe an F150. The F250's and F350"s are totally different I think.
Then harvest the parts you need. Like the power steering box, the steering column, pump, lines and brackets. Then install them on your truck in the way they were installed on the donor truck.

As far as 2wd drive go, I don't think there is a difference. I recently converted my 69 250 to ps from a 72 f100. I didn't have to swap engine perches, some of them you will, depends on the box. Look carefully, it should be easy to tell if you will have to swap perches. Get the column, box, pulleys, and pump off of the donor truck. Throw an inline filter in there too, I didn't do that and I will be buying a new gearbox soon.
