Are you saying that when you depress the clutch pedal, it stays on the bottom of the floor, or it doesn't return all the way up?

Stays on the floor?

Did you install the return spring (from the fork to the frame)? Had to ask.

Did you disconnect the adjustment rod so that when you depress the pedal it doesn't engage the clutch? The clutch pedal should move freely, through-out its travel. If it doesn't than it's binding somewhere other than the inside the bellhousing.

Did you grease the front bearing retainer (the part where the throw out bearing rides on) with lithium based grease?

Did you clean, inspect the clutck linkage for wear and tear?

Such as worn out holes/rods, e/q shaft, the whole nine yards.

They do wear out.

It could be the linkage, check for slop in the cab where there are connection poings.

Is you clutch hydraulic?

Also check to see if the firewall is pushed out, lots of times the firewall deflects a good deal and sometimes even fails.

Little differences in the fire wall or slop in the linkage can cause this.
