F250 Starting Problem

Regarding 2005 F250 Powerstroke 6.0 - I am having problems starting the truck. If the truck has been off for an hour or more it starts with no problem. If I start the truck and drive for 10-20 minutes, shut off for 10 to 20 minutes then attempt to start again, it will not start. I have changed the fuel filter on top, bled the fuel line as required for accumulated water and still the problem persists. Any ideas would be appreciated!!!
