clutch problem

I'm having problems with my '75 F150's clutch. The clutch chatters really bad from a stop. Also the pedal gets hard to push after the engine warms up. Everything clutch related was replaced 1000 miles ago during the engine rebuild. The old clutch was severely burned (PO used the truck for a bulldozer...no joke) . I relaced the clutch disc, pressure plate, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and all of the clutch linkage bushings. The flywheel was burned up and cracked really bad. I had it resurfaced but the cracks were too deep to surface them out. The shop said it would be okay so I used it. Is the flywheel the problem? It's the only thing I didn't replace new. Thanks.

If this was a rebuilt clutch you could have that problem.

New all the way.

I can't remember if it was rebuilt or new. I usually get new when I can...but I can't recall. I bought a lot of parts at the same time during the rebuild. It's a NAPA clutch. It is the original 3 finger style. It did well for a while after I put it in. But gradually it's getting a lot worse. Could the cracks in the flywheel cause this? I know they wouldn't cause the hard pedal problem, though. Maybe it is the pressure plate/clutch disc. I'm gonna pull it down soon and see what's up.
