bleeding clutch master cylinder

just replaced clutch and had rebuild work done on tranny, got everything in, bleed new slave cylinder, still got no presure on pedal, no movement at slave cylinder. anyone got a step by step process for bleeding master cylinder?

1990 F250
7.3 Desiel
5 spedd ZF tranny
dmf
hyd clutch, external slave cylinder

How about 2 new posters in 1? I too just replaced my clutch today, '84 f250 4x4, will be needing this info tomorrow when I get a new slave. She no moves. I'll be watching this thread. Thanks jackshield for getting this going.
