Two Screws on the top of the light trim, Two nut on the inside of the headlight assembly, you have to reach way down inside and feel for them, 10 MM i think. Trim then pulls off. Each light adjustment screw has a slide down clip holding it in the metal bracket, pry up each clip, pull headlight forward, & unplug. A couple of months back someone posted an exploded view of the headlight assembly, try doing a search and it will show you the two nuts. I can change headlights without removing the batteries, but some poeple remove them to give themselves more room. Good Luck.
