COP install
For some reason I can't get my COP's to snap on. Are they suppose to snap into place, or just set on top loose till the screw is put in? I am about ready to fix it with a sledge hammer. Just kidding.

Yep, loose until you bolt 'em down. Remember that the boot and spring connector to the plug is going to make it feel spongy.
Careful not to over torque the hold-down bolt. It will strip pretty easily.
