All of the water is draining out of my windshield resevoir on my 98 expedition. The water is coming out of the underside of the right side rail step. I assume I have a broken water line. It is not only draining pressure but once you start a wash cycle all of the water drains out of the resevoir in about an hour. Problem is I can't see a water line. Is it hidden inside the frame or something? Little Help.

Reason: mispelling can vs can't
I had the same problem!! My line was broken. It is inside the inner wheel well on the passenger side. You will need to take the inner liner off and look at the line. It goes from the resevoir to the inner wheel well. From the inner wheel well it comes into the truck through a grommett and runs along the truck from the passenger side to rear via the door sill area under the sill plate molding.
My wifes 2001 had same problem, it was leaking inside the cab behind the RH "Kick panel" (next to the passengers feet). The line had only come apart at a joint. Slipped it back together and put a couple of zip ties on it. I couldn't see where it was leaking either. Although it was dripping wet from snow.
Harris you rock dude. It had come loose right there behind the RH kick panel. That God I didn't have to remove that wheel well liner to find it. Thanks to everyone who replied!
