There is so little play in the kingpin area, that you couldn't notice any difference in the telementry. The problem had to pre exist.
Have you changed the coil springs too?

In the cool still quiet of night, you can hear chevies rusting away.
The advice on not being able to realign your camber is dead wrong. First of all, you may have just noticed the camber angle. You should have some top tilt-in (camber) angle at the top on front tires, but none at the rear. Twin I beams can be reset .You need to have a qualifed front end shop look at your alignment. Most small shops as well as almost all large franchise tire shops(Firestone, Sears, etc.)are not equipped to set the camber on twin I beams. Shops that do trucks are your best bet. Try the yellow pages. To correct your camber a shop must bend the I beams.
An after thought. I noticed you had not responded to Red68Ranger. Are you talking about toe-in.(toe-in is the amount the front of the tire is angled closer than the rear of the same tire) Whenever you change to late spindles, your toe-in will be drastically off. In fact, I don't think you could even drive without making a rough adjustment. Ideally 1/16" to 3/16" closer at the front
