Upper Stabalizer bar bracket broken

Upper Stabalizer bar bracket broken
I was under my truck today and noticed that the upper stabalizer bar bracket is broken where it bolts to the frame.
I have had a popping noise coming from the front end only when turning left at slow speeds or when going over a speed bump. The only reason that i noticed that it was brocken Is because it is in two pieces and just hanging from the bolt in the crossmember. So that it what the noise is coming from(or at least I hope it is) Its not ball joints they've already been replaced.
I'm pretty sure that the truck has a 4" lift on it, But I've been told that it is just a 2 1/2 leveling kit. I'm running 35x12.5s on it with plenty of room. So I'm not sure what it has.
Does this Bracket get changed when doing a lift, and if so who should I get it from, because I don't want this to happen again.

Oh is it called a trac bar?
Well then it must be a droped tracbar bracket, because there are no threaded ends on the bar itself.
So what size droped bracket should I get? I'm not sure if it is a 4" or 2 1/2 leveling kit. I found one that is from tuff country. It says it is good from 3 to 7 inches of lift.
