56 Wheels

Quick question. I'm restoring my 56 F 250 bit by bit. She was an old grain truck and has 19 1/2" wheels on it. Has anyone else seen these or are they something that the farmer slapped on? What was the factory size? I'm missing the I.D. plate. Thanks the help.

I know that some of the wheels are hard to come by, some have had luck finding them on mopar motor homes. I'm no expert on the subject but I'ver ead a bit about them her on various posts. Do a search for wheels, or big job wheels, or something along those lines and I'll bet you get some info. There are several members here who have done quite a bit of research on them, you might try contacting bobj49f2, hes pretty sharp and has tons of info

bobbytnm,
Thanks for the information. I have not made up my mind yet if I'm going to keep those wheels. This is the first truck I have seen with them. Thanks again.
