Wipers won't "self park"

Hi does it do it from all wiper speeds or just intermitent, we had the same problem on a machine at work after checking all the wiring and relay it turned out to be a worn switch if it was wiggled about it would work fine, hope this helps

don't know why i asked about the speeds as this one did it from all speeds too but it had to go through intermitent on the switch to get to the stop position, it was something to do with the switch not letting the power go through long enough to return to park

The motor is fed power all the time by a hot wire. Make sure this is ok. This wire supplies power to the motor even if the switch is turned off. There is a cam switch in the motor that opens when the wipers are all the way down in park.
