Replacing Mas Air
I Benning Thinking On Replacing The Mas Air Sencer Or Injectors With A High Flow Type Are They Worth The Cash Or Will I Be Wasting My Money.

It won't change anything. You'll need a custom tune for the injectors or MAF, costing more $'s.
The trucks are a different animal than, say, a passenger car. They are already setup with the biggest things that mean performance. Throttle body, MAF, filter box, etc.
Some power can come out of timing changes, or fuel curve changes, but usually at the cost of premium fuel.
Although, with your setup, you might get some getup out of a custom tune, especially with 4.88's.
