hooking up tach
my 67 f100 wants a tach. the only experience I have hooking up a tach comes from my racing days where we had an aftermarket coil and 2 of the three wires hooked up to it. my truck has a 351w and doesant have an aftermarket coil. does anyone out there know how to hook up a tach to my truck. I think its going to be a lot happier with a tach.:P

Should be pretty easy, just follow the instructions with your tach. Usually all that's required is one wire to the (-) side of the coil, one to the +12 volts and another to ground. If it's illuminated, another wire goes to the dash lights.
