Option 1:
For everything to hook up correctly you will need the bumper,grill, head panel, wiring adaptors for the headlights (2005) , the 2005 headlights.
Option 2:
This is another way of doing it that I have seen done with the same head panel, using the same headlights you already have by just the grill and bumper but you will have to make adapters to hold the bottom of the grill since the 2005 grill hooks into the head panel approx 1 1/2" below where the 2004 grill hooks into the head panel at. The bumper mounts the same.

My brother has done option #2 , but I don't have any photos of it step by step.
