oil filter?
Today me and a buddy changed the oil pan on my 94 idi turbo, I pulled the old pan off, then came in for lunch, I went back out and my buddy had taken off the old oil filter, he wasn't sure but he thought that a little spring popped out, from somewhere in between the filter and filter housing. Is this possible, is there a spring somewhere in between the filter? Or is this just a spring that fell from somewhere else on the truck?
