front brake caliper

so i was driving home last night and i had a loud clanking comming from the front drivers side wheel. come to find out i had a loose caliper. i tightened it but im wondering if it wont do it again. its was the bolts that hold the caliper brackets to the uprights. anyone had anything like this happen? 00 ranger 4x4

My serious guess: Did you recently have a brake job?

My not so serious guess: If you are married, this may be a sign that your life insurance policy is too lucrative...
