Tranny Controller
So Ive been reading more and more and more and a little more on the subjet of MAF. Im going to convert my truck just I will have to find a 95-96 with the E4OD tranny not easy come to find out. I read something on buying a piggy backed or out of the loop tranny controller. Anyone got any info on this? I couldnt seem to find anyhting of use to me on it. Its me and my dads truck and he insisted on keeping it Auto since he wants to build the engine for a crap load of low end torque and he said stalls in mud suck. I agree and he doesnt want to lose the tranny wants to keep it since it was just rebuilt. I explained the problem with converting to MAF and the tranny so we are here. Anyone know anything? I might have to bite the bullet and buy a used C6 and build it and put it under there against his will. I like the idea of an eletronic tranny cause that does seem to have the idea of I can change the shift points.

I think JET performance and B&M make an electronic piggyback-type controller. Typically they raise the line pressure, for frimer ****s.
You may want to look into an aftermarket valve body, I think this is preferrable to an electronic shift improver, but that's just my opinion.
