Hows it going? maybe this is a stupid question but how do you determine your gear ratio. I know I have the 300 with the T-19 tran but not sure if I have 3.55 or what. any help would be appreciated.
If your truck is all original, Cheque the DATA Plate, look for Stampings on or Metal Tag attached by 1 of the Bolts on the Punkin for the required intele.

The older a truck is, the less reliable the data on the factory tags and stickers are.
The most accurate way is to open it up and count ring and pinion teeth. Failing that, what you can do is jack one wheel up. Lay under the truck and watch the driveshaft. Spin one tire around twice and the number of times the driveshaft spins is your gear ratio.
