kwik mod done

kwik mod done

did the kwick mod today have a question about the sesnsor in the back of the box what do you do with it I ziptied the filterminder but dont know what to do with the sensor in the back of the box

You can remove the filter minder altogether and just zip tie the IAT or air intake temperature sensor somewhere near the filter. Certainly you've already done this because I can't see how you zip tied the filter minder. Did the item you zip tied have electrical leads?

Tenn is right. The filter minder isn't necessary. A few people retro fitted it into the end of the filter but, that filter is out in the open and you should see when it starts to get dirty. I tossed mine into storage with the stock air box.

How do you like it so far?

u will love it highmark it makes a big difference in the sound and performance I thought the more air the better

Got my filter in on Saturday-all I can say is NICE!! What a difference, cannot wait to hook up to my 32' camper. Last time I had the camper out I was pulling it with a 92 Ford N/A. MORE MODS TO COME!!
