Borg Warner help
I am typically on the 61-66 forum but need some help, info and direction. I have a 66 F100 4x4 with a 390. The PO "tried" to put an automatic in and really made a mess of it. The engine is still there and the C6 is in the bed. Today I got a Borg Warner 4 speed ( #'s on the side are 13-01-065-907) for next to nothing that looks to be in good shape.

OOps pushed the wrong button. I am trying to decide between a NP435 that needs to be rebuilt and the Borg Warner if it will fit. The F100 has a Dana 24 transfer case. I need some opinions from the "trans people" out there on what would work. It would be nice not to have to spend the $ to rebuild the Np435.
