vin# decode

Trying to find out about this truck and all the stickers on the engine are gone, but the guy said it was all stock.vin # is F15YPB77157.

This truck is 4x4 and the guy told me it was a 390?did i get ripped?

Where did you get the vin number from? was it the title? or the door jam?

Make sure that both match.

The only way to tell the difference between a 360 and 390 is to remove a spark plug and do a stroke measurement.

*NOTE: There seems to be thousands of people trying to pass off 360's as 390's.

Others play ignorant

As Uncle Buck stated : Matching Vin#'s

Doors can be swapped out with the rating plate intact.

Check the VIN # on the frame rail,front passenger side.
