Ok, I messed up on not marking piston's to hole's. Marked the rod cap's ok . The problem is the rod cap's aren't numbered 1-6 . Engine was build once before. What are my option's???
I don't understand. The rod caps should have been marked at the factory, and the con rods should have the same number stamped on the side of the big end. If not, and you didn't keep the cap/rods paired, I dunno what you can do except gamble...
If the rods and caps are paired, and still attached to the pistons, wing it. You could weigh the sets, and try to keep their weight as close as possible, but if this is just a runner, not race or turbo or supercharge, etc, it should be ok.

If none are marked and they are mismatched just get another set from a salvage yard or ask your machinist to get a set. All machinists have sources for engine parts.
