Working on 302 today?

Well needed to put a startor in the truck and decided to change plugs as well. Well here my questions my motor has 13/16 spark plugs.

I know for sure it is a 289/302 what heads would these be. I found the tag on top and it says it's a 65 289. Im confused here really did I hit the jack pot or did normal 289 back then have bigger plugs.

Everything was bigger back in the old days! That's normal. My '75 had the bigger plugs too.

My '68 Mustang had bigger plugs, the '66 Mustang we had had em, and our '67 Mustang Convertible has 'em. So I'd say they're a stock item
