'04 Explorer Idle... Low?

I have a 04 Explorer Limited with the 4.6. I have noticed recently that truck idles at 800 RPMs which I researched and looks fine. However, when I am gear and I am coasting the RPMs drop immediately to 500-600 rpms, until I give it gas. What could be the issue? Is this normal? Not sure if this had always done it or not. I always thought the RPM's would remain somewhat constant with speed, but maybe not.

Could this be an IAC problem?

Also... could this be a trasmission problem? The idle is always very clean.
