Exclamation Help

Truck will not start. half of my fuses are not working they are good inside the truck. battery is fully charged,ignition switch changed,clutch switch changed, starter relay changed,starter good. ANY IDEAS PLZ HELP!

Kinda makes it hard for us to help when we have no idea of what truck you have.
Still, sounds like it may be a fuseable link.

Yes what year? Most of them have a wire connected to the starter solenoid lug where the battery + is connected. This smaller wire connected to the same spot powers the whole truck. It may have a rubber looking thing in the wire. This is a fusible link, and may be burnt out, but since you said half of the fuse box has power more than likely it's a fusible link downstream. If you follow the small wire from the solenoid + down, you will probably find factory splices and more fusible links. One of those could be burnt out.
