cam help 351w engine change
i have a 92 ford e250 van with a 351w that has speed density injection. i bought a 96 351w roller motor that came from a mass air van. will the stock roller cam in the 96 engine work with the old SD efi computer? need to know now while i have the engine out. van will be changed to mass air in the future once i get a hold of the mass air air cleaner, pipes,mass sensor, the bungs installed in the y pipe and a 95-97 e40d trans (because of the solenoids in the trans are different). just want to know if i can install the engine with stock roller cam or does it need to be changed. i have mass air ecm ,complete wire harness,most sensors, but need parts above to complete it
