I'm not an expert. I looked at a few that were lifted already, trying to find one to buy. I didn't want a lift. So in trying to find out how to reverse it I was told it can be lifted with either blocks or springs. Or I guess even a combination of the two. Seems like blocks under the springs would be the easiest. Maybe the gurus in the suspension forum might have an idea. Good luck with it.

Never, ever, EVER use blocks under the front springs. The lateral stress placed on the steer axle can be enough to spit the block out.....then you are trying to pilot a deathtrap into the ditch.
Use only taller replacement spring packs, or additional leaves in the stock packs. You can also move the frame away from the spring with a taller shackle.....anything but a block.

Cookie is correct never to use blocks under the front axle it is actually Illegal, federal DOT I believe. You can add leaves or replace the whole spring pack. the blocks are steel or aluminum depending on the vehicle. depending on how much lift you may need shims to correct the driveline angle to prevent vibration as well as maintain correct caster angles
