I think someone said the other day it was 235 or 250 but that is not Rear Wheel HP. Mine dynoed at 209 at the wheels with Banks power elbow to 4" down and out and AFE stage 2. You will have about 25-30% loss of base HP to the rear wheel. (ie. 300 HP base = 200 RWHP or there about)

All the 01 automatics were 250 HP. As wlihntr pointed ut, there was a mid production change in the 6 speed trucks output. The early ones were 235 HP, the later ones 275.
As far as I know, it is the only time Ford had three different power outputs for the same engine in the same year in the same vehicle.
