3rd brakelight bracket

I stumbled upon a 3rd brakelight bracket for 2 offroad lights and 2 flood lights turned backwards.
Now I can't find this product again.
Does anybody know where to buy or the name of this bracket??

According to Cabela's website, that item is no longer available.
