looking for head info

looking for head info
A machine shop I used to work for closed down and I went for the clearnce sale they had. I came across a pair of early yr 302 heads with the casting #'s C9OE do I have anything special or just another set of heads. The chambers look to be deeper than the E7, D8 head castings I'm thinking there "69 yr mdl heads I think I got that down but any info would be very helpful
