429 identification questions
429 says d0ve-A on the block....heads say dove-c which I thought was from 1970-71...The spark plugs that I found to fit were from a 1969..the 70's would'nt fit(too small)????

The D0VE-C cylinder heads use 18mm spark plugs, the same plug 1968-'71 429 and 460. The smaller 14mm plugs were used in Cobra Jet and Super Cobra Jet motors in 1970 and '71.
