I've got an original 352 in my 67' don't know if it has been or how recently it was rebuilt. For now i've put a performer intake, and 600cfm carb on it. Eventually when time and money permits i'd like to replace/rebuild it. I'd like to eventually go to at least a 390. Can my block even get bored out that much? I'm not looking to drag race seriously, but would like a pretty powerful truck for the occasional really fast acceleration, seldom light towing, but mostly daily driving to school and back. So it could be 390/428 or is it worth going to a 429/460. I've already invested in an FE manifold so i'd somewhat like to go to a 428. What kind of costs am i looking at?

Nate: You've asked a series of questions, some for facts. some for opinions, so I'll put my 2 cents worth in.
352 to 390: You might be able to bore out your 352 to 390; it depends on how much meat is in there from the casting. You'll need to strip it down, and take it to the shop to have it sonic checked to make sure there is enough meat there to bore it out first. Usually (but not always), there is, unless it is a block from the '50s.
352 to 428: Don't count on it, unless you buy a good used 427 or a new block. It is extremely remote that your block is good enough for anything over a 390.
352 to 429/460: Different engine families. Nothing interchanges, except the trucks underneath them.
I think overall, that you will find the 390 to be a more than powerful enough engine for what you want.
If you change to another engine family, you'll have to change transmissions and linkages and drivelines and everything else, so unless you have a donor truck cheap, I would stick with what you got.
Just my thoughts!
your 352 is the same block as a 390. just that it's stroked to 390. everything else is the same. that's the nice part. I redid my 352, 67 F250 CS, dropped the 390 crank, also was told that my block is fresh, 0.000 overbore, go figure. a lotta life in this block.
