my truck again

last time i had a problem i came here and posted and got alot of help so im tryin again.
i have a 2000 f-150,5.4 and alot of the time when i shift to reverse or drive from park it sorta stutters then kinda shoots back.bad explanation i know but its the best def. i can give. let me know if you have any ideas thanks

sounds like a fuel delivery problem or somethign with the tranny.....like bigdaddyII said, fuel filter or mabey injectors, mabey dirty MAF exc...
