You have to go deeper than the frost line. Otherwise the winter will tend to heave the posts around and out of a straight line.
Just my 2cents though.

Congrats Tony. I am thinking about putting in a fence with my tax refund but I will probably put it all into my truck so I can make a gtg within the next month or so.
