Two new noises

I have having problems locating two noises coming from the drivers foot area. It is not the clunking sound from the sway bar, its a totally different noise. The first noise is coming from the brake pedal every time a press and release the brakes. It sounds like a groaning noise but I lubricated the pivot points and firewall grommit but that did not work. The next noise occurs when I make a right hand turn and then straighten back up. Its also sounds like a groaning noise when the wheels straighten back up. It is not the steering wheel, the sound is coming from something closer to the ground. Any ideas on either of the noises? Has anyone had the same type noises?

check your power steering fluid for the steering noise. The steering box may be closer to the ground and making that noise.

Not sure on teh brakes.

I checked out the noises some more and they occur when I accellerate from a full stop. The brake noise is coming from inbetween the master cylinder and the fire wall. I sprayed some silicone lube in the gromet that goes through the firewall but that did not help. Any more ideas?

P.S I did check the PS fluid and it was perfect.
