Hey I would never second guess all the great guys in here if yall say that it will work then you can take it to the bank that it will, I just wanted to see what it looks. If i remember right there is a little difference in the trim pieces that goes where the colume connects to the underside of the dash and i wasnt sure if you would use the trim from the 79 or the trim from the 71 that i have and i just wanted to see one and again there is more info on here than i have found anywhere about our trucks.

The plastic piece finsihes it of nicer in my opinion.
