Mazda 5spd died. Replace with ZF?

Mazda 5spd died. Replace with ZF?
I have a 1989 Bronco 300six and a 5spd (currently mazda), it jumps when i let out on the clutch and have it in reverse it also come out of revers if i don't hold it in. I drives fine if in the forward gears. I have always wanted to put a ZF 5spd in to get the low gear for the baot ramps and i think now is a good a time as any. Has any one ever done this swap, is it a bolt in deal, which clutch do i use, what should i get my tranny out of? Any info will help i am kinda in a hurry this truck is my daily driver. Thanx for any info.
