93 E40D shifter **** on/off switch

hey tharr people, anybody know where I can get the switch on the shifter ****, online? Or what ever it called, buy truck for 16 yr old son, light on **** off ,shift kinda strange, and try to slip in over drive.Any info, I would be thankful. I not know much on this one not got much green neither.

if i remember right from an old post, the wire inside is very thin and breaks. try taking it apart and looking at that. then it can be soldered.
