That sounds like an excellent buy. At that mileage, you should have gotten a good discount. Regardless you have at least 5 good years to look forward to (assuming you drive about an average of 15k). These trucks hold their value well, I got good money even for my 20)+k 97 extended cab, when I sold it this spring. Also bought it high miles. It made great financial sense.
