leaking pinion

I have a 2002 f150 7700 10.25 rearend and the diff appears to be leaking at the pinion seal...not lots but always fresh wet. I've got 120.000km on it.Is this usuall at this miliage.?Anyone else have this prob. was it hard to replace...?

could be the pinion nut backing off. check the pinion/yoke for play...
