Soft Top Question

Welll I found a great deal on a skyler soft top, but the guy says it will only fit on 80-96 models. Is their anyway it would fit on my 79. Just wondering if anybody tried it? Thanks

Haven't tried it but the body design is different so I doubt the framing for the top will fight right. Keep shopping.

Does it snap on? If so I would say with just a few modification it would probably work. There is no real science to the tops. You know the shap is right it's just a matter of mounting the poles that hold it up to the correct tightness.
