Help Remove Steering Wheel!!

I am installing a OEM Ford speed control kit on my 04 Ranger Edge V6 3.0L, and just wanted some info on removing the steering wheel/airbag. I have a general idea of how it is done but I wanted to see if anyone had any advice/tips on this and if anyone has installed this kit, any issues they had and the solution would be great... Thanks ahead of time!

I can tell you this, that Ford uses an entirely different puller than Gm. I found this out the hard way. Not to mention it took an act of GOD get get it off.
