Hello,
I have an 89 7.3 F350 4X4 5 speed. When I push in the clutch I hear a flixing(cracking) noise. I read awhile back about a fire wall plate to make it stronger because of the flex due to the use of the clutch petal. Where will I find it on the truck to see if it has one? Where can I get one if it doesn't?

E8TZ-7K509-A Dash panel reinforcement

here are the part numbers you need. If you have any flexing you look around booster area and see how bad it is. If there is only a small crack order and install the E8TZ-A kit. If it is a large crack use the E3TZ-B kit.
