Good tires/wheels

I am thinking of getting some bigger tires for my '05 SCREW to replace my stock 255/70R/17. What is a good sized, dual purpose tire to put on the truck? I'm not looking for something "Big Foot" size but something that is just enough to cover up being able to see the under carriage/bottom of the flat bed through the rear wheel well. If I have to, I have no problem with stepping up to 20" rims...just curious to know what a good size/brand to look at.

I dont think any wheel tire combo will fill up the wheel wells so you can not see anything. I bought these plugs off Ebay to help clean up the look under there...
